2.- Processing of personal data, purpose of processing and consent to the transfer of data

The User data collected through the registration forms are collected by Brackenbridge in order to improve communication with Website Users interested in purchasing Brackenbridge's services.

We also inform you that your personal contact details will be added to an automated file and used to send you newsletters and commercial and promotional communications relating to Brackenbridge's services by post, telephone, email, SMS/MMS or other equivalent electronic means, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, LOPD), Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and Law 9/2014 of 9 May on Telecommunications.
