Returns and refunds policy

Return period: 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. You don't need to give a reason. This period extends the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

How to return an item

1. Email contact@brackenbridge.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We will reply with the instructions and, in mainland Spain and mainland Portugal, with a free return label.
3. Items must be unworn, with all their labels and in their original packaging.
4. For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Return costs

• Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal: free returns.
• Rest of the European Union: €11.90 for return shipping, deducted from your refund.
• Faulty or incorrect items: returns are always free. Send us a photo of the fault and we will replace the item; if it is out of stock, we will refund the full amount.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you within 14 days at the latest from when you told us you wished to return the order, using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items. In Spain and Portugal you can also choose a Brackenbridge voucher for the value of your purchase, valid for one year.

Exchanges

Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal: size or colour exchanges are free for 30 days from when you receive your order. Email contact@brackenbridge.com with your order number, the item and the new size or colour; once we receive the item, we will send you the new one free of charge.

In our stores: you can also exchange your item free of charge at C/ Claudio Coello 102, 28006 Madrid (+34 918 145 058) and C/ Rosalía de Castro 1, 36201 Vigo (+34 986 128 487).

Rest of the European Union: to exchange an item, return it following this process and place a new order for the item you prefer.
